Lee Benjamin
Lee Benjamin is a native of Colorado. He was raised southeast of Denver before graduating from Northeastern Junior College in Sterling. He transfered to Colorado State University in Fort Collins and obtained his bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business. He later receive his Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Denver in 1988. Upon graduating from DU, Lee went to work for a real estate appraisal firm in Lakewood, Colorado before starting his own appraial office in Franktown in 1996.
Lee is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and received the Accredited Rural Appraiser designation in 1994. He is also is a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado.
His appraisal focus is suburban residential valuations, vacant land, land in transition and agrictultural properties within the counties of Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert and El Paso.
